I never paid much attention to my diet and exercise program, but I started working with Vincent because I came to the realization that I was a 37-year-old woman who was still eating like a 10-year-old kid (pizza, hamburgers, french fries, etc.)! What I most appreciate about our work together is that Vincent helped me open up to all the other food possibilities available to me, and helped to cut through the clutter of how to make the best nutrition choices for my personal situation. I do not feel like I’m on a diet and exercise program, but instead in a creative exploration about what it means to nurture and take care of myself on the levels of body, heart and spirit. Vincent is a patient listener, wonderful guide, and encouraging partner on this journey. My goal in working with Vincent was to find more balance for myself - physically, emotionally and spiritually. What I accomplished during our 18 months of working together went way behond my initial expectations and took me on a journey of exploration into areas of my relationship with myself and others that I never imagined. In the area of physical activity, I am dancing on a more regular basis now, and have been doing yoga ON MY OWN at least 1-2 times per week. I’ve also been open to exploring other forms of physical activity and have come to realize that Vitality, Connection and Strength activities can fit into my busy schedule!

My horizons were infiinitely expanded in the area of food and nutrition. I decided to outsource the shopping and preparation of healthy foods to a personal chef, and it feels great! I’m getting a varity of nutritional foods that are tasty and easy for me to prepare for myself. I am eating less fast food and drinking less soda!

I’ve been on an expansive exploration of many aspects of spirituality, and have found an institution in which I actually thinkI could feel at home. I have also explored a variety of aspects of creativity, including collage and drawing, and have found a new way of approaching my writing from a different perspective. I am more open to experiences of joy on a more regular basis, as a matter of course in my life. I seek out and cause joyful experiences for myself, both by myself and with others.

In general I am more aware of all the areas of taking care of my health, not just eating and exercising but also sleep, relaxation and the primary foods of relationships. My friendships are stong and vibrant. My social circles are nurturing and expanding. Muy dating life is abundant and fullfilling. My family relationships are honest and solid.

Working with Vincent was absolutely worth the investment of time, money and focus to transform my own relationship to myself and my well-being, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to cause a breakthrough for themselves in this area!

When I first started working with Vincent, I felt I was not in tune with the needs of my body. I realized I knew where I wanted to go with my health but I couldn’t figure out what to eat that would allow me to maintain my vegetarian lifestyle and give me the energy I needed to keep up with my busy professional and social schedule. I also liked being on the other end of the “desk” and really learning and listening to someone else share valuable life enhancing tools and techniques with me.

I cannot overstate the value Vincent’s integrative health approach has brought to me. I signed up for better nutrition and cooking techniques and I got so much more. ‘Integrative’ is the exact term for this. Vincent brings this holistic approach that includes all aspects of ones life and I was able to go deeper into my own awareness and recognize patterns, strengths and weaknesses. This has been an invaluable lesson for me and it continues to guide me in my daily choices and activities. This was truly one of the best things I’ve done for my self.
